The Workshop: eight writers sharing their work over six weeks

The Workshop at Moniack Mhor Online is a six-week course led by Elizabeth Reeder where eight writers come together to give and receive feedback on each other’s work Each week we workshop two pieces of up to 3,000 words, prose.  Each workshopped piece also receives feedback from the course tutor. This is a course is built on the premise that we learn loads about our own writing and our writing process by close reading the work of others and having that close attention paid to our own writing. It’s a course solely focused on the sharing of our work. This course is for fiction and non-fiction prose writers (short stories, essays, excerpts from works in progress) and those writing hybrid works like lyric essays or prose poems. Each writer will also have a 30-minute tutorial with Elizabeth to discuss the work submitted to the workshop.
