The role of the writer amid climate and biodiversity change
Paperboats is a Scotland-based collective of writers, global in outlook, who focus on nature and our environment in a time of climate and ecological breakdown. Our aim is to consider the role of the writer in the climate and biodiversity crises, and engage in writing that affirms the astonishing life of this planet, and how its future may yet be shaped. In this workshop led by Laura Fyfe and Karen Lloyd, participants will be encouraged to find new ways to engage meaningfully with the more-than-human-world. Through poetry and non-fiction the course is an opportunity to experiment, reflect, explore, and to communicate beauty, truth and complexity through language.
Hosted by Moniack Mhor on Zoom Pro.
