A Creativity and Care Residential

Are you care experienced and aged 14-30? Interested in songwriting, music and/or writing stories?

Come to Moniack Mhor this Summer and explore the craft of songwriting, storytelling- or both- across our residential taster week! You’ll be tutored by some of the coolest professional writers, musicians and singers working in their industries today.

KEY INFORMATION:

WHEN: Arrive Monday 10th July. Workshops run from Tuesday 11th-Friday 14th July. Depart Saturday morning (if attending Thursday and Friday).

  • Songwriting with Boo and Emily: Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Stories with John and Kerry: Thursday and Friday
  • OR, experience the whole creative adventure by staying all week!

The Life Changes Trust was established by The National Lottery Community Fund in April 2013 with a ten year endowment of £50 million to support transformational improvement in the quality of life, well-being, empowerment and inclusion of three key groups in Scotland: people living with dementia, unpaid carers of those with dementia and young people with care experience. The Trust concluded their ten year tenure in March 2022Moniack Mhor is a formal legacy partner of the Life Changes Trust.
