Bird on a Wire
It is more important than ever for us to stay connected. Singer-songwriters Boo Hewerdine and Findlay Napier will share
insights and exercises with you to enhance your writing. But they will also touch on the power of song in our world. Fin and Boo have both done work in the community. Let’s spend a week working on our skills but also think about what we can do with our talents that might go beyond gigs and recording (though these are wonderful of course). Storytelling and song have always been a part of the social glue we need more than ever now.
The course will comprise four days of intense group tuition and another day to have one-to-ones with your tutor, all delivered online. The workshops will be live and interactive, as are the tutorials. Bursaries are available to support course fees.
We are also delighted that the wonderful singer-songwriter Emily Barker will be joining as a guest during the week.
