This week-long tutored retreat offers an opportunity to focus intensively on a work-in-progress: any kind of prose writing welcome!  Zoë and Louise will be on hand to help you hone characters and structure, develop style, shift blocks and think about next steps.

Join Boo Hewerdine for a relaxed workshop that explores the basics of writing a song.  He’ll look at lyrics, melody, chord progressions and editing. This friendly session would suit anyone who is new to making songs or who might already be writing but would like to revisit what techniques and skills underpin making good work. No experience or instrument needed!
