Connect and Collaborate Residency Performance in Ullapool

An exciting group of writers will be performing at The Ceilidh Place Venue in Ullapool on Friday 18th March.

This eclectic evening will be a celebration of international and Scottish words and music, as poets and novelists come together with a local musician for this unique event.

Sharing their words at this exciting and diverse performance will be Scotland based Texan poet and fiction writer, Carly Brown; Indian journalist and author, Puja Changoiwala; Scottish author of psychological thrillers, Sandra Ireland; and one of Nigeria’s leading performance poets, Efe Paul-Azino. They will be joined by Ullapool musician, composer, and folk singer, Martin Gilligan.

The writers are all taking part in Moniack Mhor Writers’ Centre’s Spring Residencies programme, including the Moniack Mhor Connect and Collaborate Residency which brings together writers from Nigeria, India, Togo, Canada, and Scotland to develop their work.

Tickets are free, with the option of making a donation. Booking below – admission also available on the door, subject to availabilty. This is an in-person event. The bar will be open for half an hour prior to the event, and again during a short interval.

Please note, due to circumstances outwith our control, there may be a slight change to the line-up of performers.
