Using the work of Robert Burns as a springboard, novelist Sandra Ireland will lead this two-hour online workshop giving participants the opportunity to examine and voice their thoughts around mental health and stigma.
This workshop is delivered in association with Spirit Advocacy and HUG: Action for Mental Health.

Sandra Ireland has published four psychological thrillers and is an associate creative writing tutor at the University of Dundee and teaches leisure courses for Lifelong Learning Dundee. She also facilitates workshops and writing retreats on a freelance basis and has a special interest in writing for wellbeing.
This workshop is being delivered through our International Residency Programme, and is possible thanks to generous funding from The British Council.
