WORDS on Wednesdays

Are you aged 12-25?  Do you like to write? Or share ideas about your favourite book, TV series or film?

During the month of June, we’re running a series of online workshops via Zoom.

It’s not quite the same as getting together at Moniack Mhor, or with our friends at Waterstones Inverness, but it’s pretty much the same idea, just online (with less cakes … unless you bring your own!).

You don’t need to have a work in progress, you don’t need to have done anything like this before. Just register your interest, then on the day, bring a pen and some paper, and whoever is running the session will keep you right about what you’re writing, working on inspiration, character creation, plot, language and much more besides.

Our next workshop will take place on Wednesday June 24th at 4pm with  Karen Campbell.

To take part, email eilidh@moniackmhor.org.uk and we’ll register your interest. Then, on Wednesday June 24th, you’ll receive an email with a link to enable you to join the live workshop via Zoom. Please try and link in at 3.50pm so as we’re all set to go at 4pm. If you’ve any technical difficulties, text or Whats App to 07901 914 596.

This workshop is free to join. However, if you are in a position to be able to make a donation to help us cover the costs of making these workshops available to all, we’d greatly appreciate your support.
